Who Are We?
Bangladeshi women’s association Wales (BWAW) was established in 1989, a constituted Community organisation with the aim to empower Bangladeshi women. Promote quality of life through training and group work, eliminate isolation and address mental health issues by running activities, holding Bangladeshi cultural events, social gathering and trips. BWAW creates an informal platform and provides support and raising awareness with the issues affecting women due to racism, discrimination and abuse.
Pwy Ydym Ni?
Sefydlwyd Cymdeithas Menywod Bangladeshaidd Cymru (BWAW) ym 1989 fel sefydliad cymunedol cofrestredig sy’n ymroddedig i rymuso menywod Bangladeshaidd. Ei nod yw gwella ansawdd bywyd drwy hyfforddiant a gweithgareddau grŵp, brwydro yn erbyn arwahanrwydd, a mynd i’r afael ag iechyd meddwl drwy drefnu digwyddiadau, dathliadau diwylliannol, cynulliadau cymdeithasol, a theithiau. Mae BWAW yn darparu platfform anffurfiol, gan gynnig cymorth a chodi ymwybyddiaeth am faterion sy’n effeithio ar fenywod, gan gynnwys hiliaeth, gwahaniaethu, a chamdriniaeth.
